How to
1. clean fish and cut in stripes
2. put chinese cabbage on dish then put the fish on it, affter that spread ginger, smallage or spring onion and thai chile peppers on the fish.
3. steam
the fish.
4. pour soybean oil in to a pan on stove then put light soy sauce, sesame oil and soup, mix its then pour on the fish.
